Typical sample turn is 7–14 days; small production runs take 2–6 weeks depending on finish and volumes.
Minimum order?
Minimums depend on the technique; many trims can run from 25 pieces, garments from 50—ask during consult.
Technical notes
File formats?
We provide production-ready DST or EXP files and a PDF stitch map; source vectors are recommended for complex fills.
Color matching?
We use thread charts and send a swatch photo under natural light. Physical thread swatches are available upon request.
